1. You want to remain a secret and stay small.
Having a business requires stepping outside your comfort zones and this is scary. It’s safer to stay small, not be noticed too much and not be bold with your message. Return to your big “why” and ask yourself: “Is this reason compelling enough to push me into areas I feel uncomfortable so I can reach more people?” You help NO ONE by sitting at home wishing for clients. The only way you can achieve your WHY is to get out there and connect with potential clients.
Watch a few commercials on television. Those businesses have no qualms telling you they are the absolute BEST beverage / car / clothing / vacation spot / fill in the blank. Clothe yourself in that attitude: YOU are the BEST at what you do and start telling people!
2. You don’t fully believe in what you’re doing.
Can you help people? Can you change lives for the better? Does what you do make a difference in the world? Then why are you afraid to tell people?

Whatever reason just popped into your head… is that more important than helping people?
3. You don’t want to grow your business and make more money.
The more successful you are, the bigger difference you can make in the world; you can reach more people and touch more lives. To grow your business and make more money, you have to reach and connect with more people. The number one way to do this is through email.
